Who are these trips for?
These trips are for foreign visitors who want to see Syria with a local team, especially guests travelling from Türkiye. Families and small private groups are welcome.
If you are unsure whether a published programme fits you, write through the contact form and we will say so plainly.
How do I book a trip?
Open a published package or send a message through the contact form. Tell us your dates, how many people are travelling, and which route you have in mind.
We reply with what is available and what happens next. You do not need to create an account first.
Where do we meet, and how does the border day work?
The usual meeting points are Cilvegözü Border Gate or Öncüpınar Border Gate, on the Türkiye side. From there we cross together and continue toward the first overnight stop.
The exact gate and departure time go out in writing before you travel.
What documents do I need to enter Syria?
Entry rules change. We do not publish a fixed visa list here, because it would go stale.
Before you leave, we send the current document list for your nationality. If something is missing, we tell you in time to fix it. Use the contact form if you want that list before you decide.
What is included in the published price?
The published price covers the programme as written: transport on the route, the listed overnight stays, and the meals named in the itinerary.
Museum and site tickets, meals that are not listed, and your own spending are extra. The notes on each trip repeat this so you can check before you pay.
What languages do the guides speak?
The current 5-day programme is guided in Turkish.
If you need another language, ask through the contact form. We will say whether we can arrange it for your dates.
How large are the groups? Can we travel as a family?
Published groups are small: 4 to 8 people, usually in a minibus.
If you want a private trip for a family or a closed group, choose that subject on the contact form and we will look at dates and a route.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
The sample 5-day programme is priced in US dollars per person. The website also shows Turkish lira and euro.
We confirm the amount, currency, and payment steps in writing before you transfer anything.
What if conditions on the ground change?
If a stop or a crossing is no longer practical, we change the day or postpone the trip rather than guess. You hear from us as soon as we know.
We would rather move a date than send you into a day we cannot run properly.
Can I ask for different dates or another route?
Yes. Use the contact form and describe the dates or cities you have in mind. We will say what we can run and what we cannot.
Custom requests take a bit longer to answer than a published package.
